At this time, all PAUET pieces are made to order in New York City. Please allow 2–3 weeks for your piece to be crafted before shipment. (We hope to offer select in-stock items in the near future.) If you need an item rushed or by a specific date, please contact us before placing your order at info@pauet-studio.com—we’ll do our best to accommodate your request. Once your order is ready, it will ship via UPS, and you’ll receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number as soon as your item is dispatched. Complimentary shipping is offered on orders over $500 shipped within the contiguous United States.

International shipping is not available at this time, but we are working to offer this option soon—please check back for updates.



DAMAGES & ISSUES

We take great care in packaging and thoroughly inspecting each piece before it leaves our studio. If you believe your item is defective, or if you received the wrong size or item, please contact us immediately at info@pauet-studio.com. We cannot accept claims submitted more than 3 days after delivery. PAUET is not responsible for delays, damages, or loss caused by the shipping carrier. However, if you experience any issues with your shipment, please email us—we’ll assist you in filing a claim with the carrier and do our best to help resolve the issue. Once a package is marked as delivered, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please ensure your shipping address is secure.



RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Please consider that all PAUET pieces are made to order before making your purchase. If you wish to return an item, you may request an exchange or store credit only. We do not offer refunds at this time. Certain special items may not be eligible for return or exchange; this will be noted in the product description—please review carefully before purchasing. Items purchased during a sale or at a discount are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Orders purchased with store credit are also final sale.


If your item is eligible for exchange or store credit: Email us within 5 days of receiving your item at info@pauet-studio.com and wait for return confirmation and ship your item within 3 days of receiving our return authorization. All returned items must be in perfect, unused condition and in their original, undamaged packaging (box and pouch). We reserve the right to deny exchanges or credits if returned merchandise does not meet our return policy requirements.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and the safe return of the item. We recommend sending returned packages via a reliable carrier with tracking and insurance. We are not responsible for return merchandise lost, damaged, or stolen in transit. Store credit issued as a result of a return will exclude any complimentary shipping fees paid in connection with the original order.
